The Lazy Nook is set in stunning surroundings and very well equipped. The field was really nice for the Dog to run free and the little bench at the bottom of the field has stunning views and not forgetting the little hideaway in the woods. The host was most welcoming and very helpful with his knowledge of which Beaches were Dog friendly. Really lovely cozy and quiet place, with the most incredible views. The chalet has everything you need, its home from home. Shirley and Joe are kind and welcoming, and the cakes and home made curd were to die for! We would return in a heartbeat, but for a longer stay this time

We had the most delightful stay for a week at the lazy nook. The views were beautiful and we throughly enjoyed the peaceful setting. As a family with 3 young children the space was perfect and there was alot to entertain the children on the odd rainy day! Joe was there when needed and offered great advice on where to go and what to do. The homemaRead morede lemon drizzle and Victoria sponge cakes were amazing and a great welcome treat. Lazy nook is a wonderful place to stay the views are amazing and Joe and Shirley the owners are very very helpful . Shirleys lemon drizzle cake is to Die for . My two granddaughters where do happy running around the grounds which is beautiful and very idyllic for children and pet owners . If I had one negative it would be that we had tomout money Read morein the meter for electric and I thought this should of been included as its was expensive enough to stay but this would not prevent me from returning . Also the owners dog did their poop in the field the children played in and we had to becarful they didnt stand in it I just feel may be this should of been picked up but again this was only the last couple days and am sure if they would of known they would of cleaned it other than that home and seventy was so so Lovely and we would definitely return Hide

This is a truly magical peaceful place, really sad to say goodbye to Shirley & Joe, who are the most lovely couple, perfect hosts along with pups Bonnie & Bertie

Everything was perfect. The lodge was amazing with stunning views and the hosts were always on hand. A lovely selection of sweets, milk, tea, coffee and gorgeous cake made by Shirley which was to die for. 100% would return. The weather was good to us so we managed to go into the surroundings with our dog who equally loved it.

Beautiful location and so relaxing, felt very safe and the owners were lovely, all the essentials you need and the homemade cake and bread are a lovely touch. Quite near to a few beaches, small shops and walks which is perfect for a relaxing holiday away from lots of tourists. We would book again and recommend it to friends.
