Great property, clean, comfortable and peaceful. Well equipped with helpful and friendly owners who live on site. Very old church just 5 minutes walk and local pub 10 minutes. Wake up to birds singing and wildlife on your doorstep. A beautiful country location with the medieval town of Rye a short drive away. Many National trust properties inRead more the area all very interesting. Steam train to Bodium Castle excellent. Hide

Excellent accommodation, 5 star. Everything supplied even down to shampoo and shower gel. Lovely, quiet location, interesting walk around fields. Owners were helpful and on hand if you needed them but didn't intrude. Can't recommend highly enough.

Lovely accommodation. Good location. We really enjoyed the countryside and dawn chorus. Welcoming Pub within easy walking distance.distanceHosts were very friendly and helpful but didnt intrude.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Silver Birch Lodge, Woodgate Farm. The accommodation was first class - comfortable, clean and stylish. The location was excellent - a peaceful countryside base with lots to do in the local area.
