Lovely stay at River Birch, great location with easy access to Rye and surrounding areas. We brought our elderly mother with us and it was perfect for her being on one level and having her own En-suite. John and Carolyn lovely hosts and looked after us very well. Would definitely recommend.

The front and main bedroom doors were a problem but we were advised of the issues on arrival. Since covid we are asked to strip the bed of linen in every accommodation we hire, this doesn't put a nice end to our vacation. We had an absolutely wonderful time at River Birch. The house was not only modern but also spotless and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Our kids loved playing in the open space out front, especially with the goals and trampoline. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. It's truly a special place.
