Absolutely amazing place to stay, very isolated from the real world. Exactly what we wanted. Staff were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating. Very large and spacious cabin. Will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay here. Well appointed lodge, in a quiet rural location with all the amenities you need. Good heating and clean bathrooms too. Make sure you pack the basics before arriving (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc) as there is no welcome pack. Despite that, we would happily return.

Booking reservation was incorrect, because Charlcot Lodge doesn't exist! Had a few glitches with the cottage facilities, but Yorkshire was beautiful.

Very nice place easy to find though the road isnt the best. A little but smaller than we anticipated but we didn't feel cramped or crowded. Would stay again. :-)

The cottage was set out of the way and suited us well with having a dog. There was an off road path we took the dog down. It was over grown but nice to have somewhere to take him without worrying about traffic. The lodge was well equipped but maybe deckchairs for outside would be useful. We took our own as the weather was nice to relax in.
