The accommodation is great, warm and cosy even when the weather was at its worst. There is everything you need and the location is fantastic. It's a great base to explore Herefordshire and the fishing is a great bonus. The owner is really friendly but leaves you to enjoy your holiday. We will hopefully be back again soon.

We really enjoyed our peaceful stay in this countryside escape in Herefordshire. Its a great base for walkers we tackled a lovely ~5-mile loop straight from the doorstep (found on the AllTrails app) and loved how quiet the area felt overall. A few practical highlights: the internet is extremely fast, the fridge is a very good size (with a propeRead morer freezer compartment), and parking/access was simple. A couple of things worth being aware of: the property sits close to an identical neighbouring rental, and the grounds also operate as a campsite for enthusiastic anglers. If youre after complete isolation, this may not be quite as tucked-away as it first appears. Dcor in a few areas could do with a bit of touching up, but nothing that affected our comfort during the stay. Overall a relaxing getaway, ideal for anglers or those looking to unwind somewhere quiet but still connected. Hide
