Another absolutely amazing stay! The views are something else! Everything has been thought of in the cottage and makes for a very comfortable stay! Well be back again next year!

Great location to get away from it all. Total peace and quiet the only thing you hear is birdsong. Well designed space inside and outside. We would definately go back.

Well equipped and comfortable holiday home on a stunning location. Nice and secluded to guarantee privacy and all things you need to relax. Used the hot tub nearly every day.

We highly recommend this beautifully appointed cottage for romantic/ couples/family/ walkers and wildlife watchers. This cottage had it all, everything was thought out for maximum comfort. The veiws from the hot tub gave us so much pleasure. We saw hares, deer, buzzards, herons and voles. Would absolutely come back and infact we felt sad to leave. A very nicely equipped cottage with the added benefit of a hot tub and sauna The views were fantastic although no nearby amenities but did not bother us.

This Lodge is advertised as Deluxe and it is in a stunning location ...they owners have done a fantastic job with the interior decorations, fabulous hot tub and really comfortable beds... However the standard of hygiene was very poor... Underfloor heating not working properly and towel rails not working at all when we arrive...the bedrooms, bathroRead moreoms and towel rails cold...Only the hall and lounge was warm...Had to contact the owner as couldn't get it to work... Disturbed sleep due to Pump in hallway running all night...One bedroom totally nit cleaned or bedding changed,dog hairs in the bed and in kitchen cupboards,draws and rugs... Kitchen bins was dirty and dried food in it along with kitchen splashbacks and Dinning room table.. Our week was spoilt by the above and although Leah did come promptly to resolve the problems and change the bedding.... it's not what you want to gave to do on holiday....Such a shame as it could have been truly wonderful...A fabulous site and area .... I would not recommend at the moment as I feel they need to resolve details to truly be Deluxe as advertised.. Hide

Fantastic views, tranquil location and wonderful accommodation. Lots of local walks in wonderful countryside. We had a lovely relaxing week with Barkley our Cocker Spaniel. Loads of nearby towns and villages to explore. We hope to return one day. Thanks Peter and Leah for being on hand when needed.

A stunning, modern property. We spent a week at Deer Cottage works my remotely to enjoy a change of scenery, and this place did not disappoint. To be able to sit by the fire, admiring the view and taking in the peace and quiet was just what we needed from this trip. This place is amazing, in all the staycations we have done the last few years it's right up there in the high end of the scale, amazing location, amazing staff and I've never came across a so well equipped ( for humans and dogs) lodge. Absolutely stunning place. We wanted to be away for hustle and bustle of daily life and the location gave exactly that however you can get to nearest villages/ towns and restaurants within ten minutes by car The lodge is thoughtfully decorated and has everything youd need for a relaxed stay Was also nice to have all essentials even down to acRead morecessible cleaning materials and vacuum so could tidy up before we left We would 100% return and recommend Hide

This cottage is amazing! Its really well equipped, amazing showed, comfortable beds and incredible location. The children are already asking when we can go back. We had spectacular views every evening and felt really at home.
