• 3 bedrooms – 2 king-size, 1 super-king-size (zip-and-link beds that can be made up into twin beds)

• “Fish stocks have been supplied by Priory Fishery Ltd. Willow is 2 acres and has been stocked with 110 Carp that average 29lbs, with at least 35 different 30lbers, and several 40’s to 46lbs.  While James pool is 0.25 acres and offers Specimen Coarse Fishing with Bream over 4lbs, Crucians to 2.5lbs, 1lb Golden Rudd and Tench over 7lbs. PLEASE NOTE: FISHING IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE SPECIMEN CARP LAKE WHEN BOOKING FISHERMAN’S VIEW OR SUNSET VIEW. Essentially you get half of the lake each when booking either of these lodges. Everyone has access to James Pool. “
