Very nice however I would suggest that when using the grill you do not try and make your bacon crispy as the fire alarm will go off and is not easy to stop !!!!!

Cottage is perfect for unwinding and the location gives easy access to lymington and a ferry trip to the Isle of Wight. The cottage itself was excellent and loads of nice touches with lighting and able to connect through Airplay/ WiFi to the cottage speakers. We had a lovely stay at the cottage, it is in a beautiful setting with great walks from the door. The hot tub was really nice after a days walking. All round very comfortable, with plenty to do in the area.

Perfect, peaceful location & although we enjoyed our stay, it's not the perfect property. Things to note: Annexe is located next to the owners house, the garden/hot tub area is not private (luckily owners weren't there for our stay) but would have felt very overlooked had they been. Fridge/freezer is tiny. Loose, broken, dangerous brick wall outsidRead moree. Ant infestation in kitchen. Bathroom floor stays wet all day, expect wet feet when you use the loo! Lack of storage in kitchen & bedrooms. Hide

I great location for The New Forest and also great just to relax outside in the hot tub. It was lovely to see the Deers in the early morning and early evening. We have already booked for next year.

As soon as you pull into Elkhaven drive you immediately feel the sense of quality and space. The unique accomodation is very stylish and cosy, with incredible views out of every window to the forest. It was the perfect retreat away from the city with walkiRead moreng routes directly from the door, whilst also being close enough to quaint towns and tradional pubs.
