Cherry Lodge is situated in the lovely Mellon Lodge Park just outside Okehampton. The lodge is comfortable and is well equipped. The owners put up a Christmas tree for us which was much appreciated. Overall we had a lovely stay. Lodge was clean and comfortable. Location to the road was abit noise, but got used to it. Hot tub was great at the end of a day out. Location is good for exploring both coastlines 40 to 50 mins in each direction. We visited bude, exmouth, teignmouth and torquay. Also went to buckfast abbey and some waterfalls on dartmoRead moreor. Fantastic lodge, really comfortable & everything you needed for your stay, really quiet & lovely location, pub literally on the doorstep (Betty Cottles Inn), if you needed anything owners were always on hand, had bulbs out or decking near jacuzzi sorted them out straight away, fresh towels dropped off & old ones taken away after our 1st week there,Read more will be staying there again Andrew Hide

Our 2nd stay at Cherry lodge, we absolutely love staying here ,it's very clean ,home from home . everything u will need for a good holiday . No welcome pack which would be nice. Jacuzzi was good after walking all day .would recommend .

The lodge was lovely, spacious and exactly as described. A lovely base for our holiday with all the bits and pieces needed for a week away. Hot tub was amazing and a great place to unwind at the end of the day and was checked on throughout the week by the staff. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely lodge , very clean and all you need is inside , lovely hot tub , location is between Cornwall and Devon so lots of places to visit , recommend Strawberry fields farm shop , best steak pie ever ! A good 50 minute drive to the coast in either direction but so worth it to see the beautiful coastline , peaceful retreat , but a bit of noise from Read morethe main road which you soon get used to , would recommend a stay Hide

We had a great time staying at Cherry Lodge. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The hot tub is large and very comforting. Superstores are 6miles away. Recommended A+++. We will come back again.

We had a lovely stay at Cherry tree ,it was very clean and well equipped ,the furnishings were good quality. Everything was there and more .we will be back .Our dog Wilson loved it to .

Fabulous lodge, very cosy, had everything we needed. Great location. Had a small leak in the bathroom but it was sorted immediately, staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back.
